How do I install AdMe?
- YuMe’s account manager will provide you a link. Click on the link and you’ll see an install screen to install AdMe. Click “Open” to open the AdMe.air program and install it in the folder chosen. Once the AdMe widget has been installed you can access the widget from the desktop.
Note: The YuMe AdMe widget requires Adobe Air to run. If you do not have the adobe air product, you can download this via http://get.adobe.com/air/
How do I get a login account for AdMe?
- To log into AdMe open the AdMe widget and you’ll be prompted to the log in screen. Type in your username and password. Then click enter or “sign in.” You can choose to remember your username and password so that every time you open AdMe you’ll be automatically logged in.
How do I start tracking campaigns?
- Once you log into the AdMe widget click on the button “Monitor a Campaign” and you’ll be prompted to enter the campaign ID. Enter the Campaign Identifier for each of the campaigns that you would like to track and click “enter” or “monitor a campaign.”
Can I track campaigns served outside of the YuMe network?
- Yes. YuMe provides advertisers with their own unique tracking pixels that can be used by 3rd party networks. These tags are similar to DFA tags that 3rd party networks can use to alert AdMe when impressions, clicks, etc. are served through the 3rd party.
How do I add additional campaigns?
- To add additional campaigns click on the “monitor a campaign” button to add any and all additional campaigns you would like to track though AdMe.
What metrics are visible through the AdMe widget?
Campaign ID
- The campaign ID number shown in this data field refers to the Campaign ID that the data field is tracking. The decryption below the campaign ID number shows the short description of the campaign being tracked.
Impressions
- Impression number refers to the actual number of impressions served for the campaign thus far. The impression number is the “actual view” number as defined by YuMe.
% Delivered
- This percentage number refers to the % of the campaign that has been delivered thus far. This percentage is a calculation of current impression count / contracted impression count.
Color Code (Green/blue/red/yellow)
- The color reference in each data field represents the percentage of the campaign flight that has been delivered.
- Blue represents the total amount of the campaign flight that has been delivered.
- The red/yellow/green color represents how much time is left for the campaign.
- Green represents that the placement has been meeting its goal per cycle (hour/daily)
- Yellow represents that the placement has been missing its goal per cycle by 25-50%
- Red represents that the placement has been missing its goal per cycle by 50-99%
How do I get a more detailed view of the campaign?
- You can get a more detailed view of AdMe reporting by clicking on the campaign being tracked in the AdMe widget. The detail view that you’ll see once clicked will show all the “placements” associated with the campaign being tracked.

Can I download the report?
- Yes. In the detailed report page, there is a link for users to download an excel spreadsheet of their AdMe campaign.
How do I delete campaigns from AdMe?
- To delete a campaign from the AdMe widget simply click on the “X” button on the right side of every bar. Once you’ve clicked on the “X” button, the campaign will be removed from the AdMe widget.
How often does AdMe refresh the data?
- AdMe currently refresh its data at a preset 30 minute interval. If you do not see your campaigns updating you can click the “refresh button” and the latest information will be updated in the widget *
How do I submit an RFP?
- If you would like to submit a request for proposal (RFP) to YuMe, click on the “Submit an RFP” button. Once you’ve clicked on the button you can send any RFP as an attachment to yume_info@yume.com
How do I update AdMe?
- AdMe checks for updates automatically by default. When there is a new version of AdMe, the software will automatically prompt you to install the newest version. You can turn this feature on/off by checking this option via the AdMe widget.
How do I uninstall AdMe?
- To uninstall AdMe right click on the YuMe icon and click “uninstall”. You will then be prompted with the AdMe uninstall option and the software will uninstall via the Adobe AIR software.
