YuMe Recognized by Judges as “Best In Show” at Under the Radar 2007

Video Advertising Innovator Lands Both Audience and Judges’ Choice Award in Advertising Category; YuMe Selected As Best Among 32 Presenting Companies

Redwood City, CA—September 27, 2007—YuMe, the first dedicated advertising network created and optimized for broadband video, announced today it was chosen “Best in Show” by the esteemed judges at Under the Radar 2007, outshining 31 other startups presenting at the annual competition.

Additionally, YuMe received the honor of being named winner of the Advertising category by audience members and the judges’ panel. Within the Advertising category, companies were evaluated on their innovations in monetizing online video, as well as the soundness of their business models.

YuMe was selected as the most promising company in the Advertising category by a panel of judges that included Sean Crawford of Orange FT Group, Peter Daley of Rutberg & Co, Chris Pirillo of Lockergnome.com and CNET Editor Rafe Needleman. In winning “Best in Show Judges’ Choice”, YuMe garnered the most votes from the fifteen judges who presided over Under the Radar’s eight categories.
